Would it be possible to change xmlSecTmplSignatureCreate() to allow
the caller to specify a namespace prefix?
I'm writing a server that is having an issue with a client that is
using Weblogic XML Beans. Unfortunately, XML Beans doesn't seem to
like the use of multiple default namespaces and so is removing the
namespace attribute on the Signature element. Ideally, BEA will
change this but time may end up and issue. I've changed the library
locally -- though not using the standard xmlsec strings.
