Hi JЭrgen, I think, that You have double of dsig:Reference tag or close first <dsig:Reference .../>. so, in the W3C specification <dsig:Reference URI="file://D:/invoice.xml"> <dsig:Reference URI=http://www.google.com/index.html> .... </dsig:Reference>
