Yes, there are 2 ways to do it:
1) Write your own keys manager "class" that would do whatever you need.
2) Check the signature certificate returned in the xmlSecDsigCtx after
xmlsec verifies the signature.

Not sure what are you asking about. The xmlsec "signature" check includes not
only check for changed xml file but also checks for validity of all certificates, etc.
