Seems like AES encryption was not compiled in. Check that you compile
and link using the same flags and the same xmlsec, OpenSSL libraries.

I am at a loss to understand what this failiure is indicating to me. It
looks like it library is having trouble loading the OpenSSL library, but
I am not sure.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
