Able to do the signing as well as verification using -
pCertContext = GetCertContext();
xKeyDataPtr = xmlSecMSCryptoCertAdopt(pCertContext,
xmlSecKeyDataTypePrivate);
keyPtr = xmlSecKeyCreate();
xmlSecKeySetValue(keyPtr, xKeyDataPtr);
dsigCtx->signKey = keyPtr;
