Thanks for the reply. I just wanted you to verify my approach. I've
described padding in my implementation since we both are using openssl
and both are trying to follow the xml encryption standards. If possible
try to verify my example.

xmlsec is known to inter-operate with Java and .NET implementations.
I am really sorry but I don't think I can debug your xmlenc
implementation remotely (nor I have time to do this).
