Ah, it makes sense! I believe Igor builds the binaries with VC6 and
if you use VS2003 you get a different linking rules. Thus, you loose
all the transforms. Thanks for the hint!

No, this example should work out-of-the-box. This means tha
we were not able to find the specified c14n transform. Very
strange...
I'll do windows build today and will check it...
