Sure. Provide schema/DTD that defines ID attributes and everything
would work.
By the way, I reported the missing ECC (elliptic curve crypto) support on the
Bugtracker some time ago, but it seems that nobody noticed it. Should I send
feature requests to this mailinglist instead?
