Well I can not recall any such resource at the moment. If you Google you will be able to find a number of docs, articles. But the only difference when you move from 32 bit to 64 bit is the sizes of pointer and size_t types. They are 32 bit on 32 bit platforms and 64 bit on 64 bit platforms. Only exception is long which is still 32 bit on 64 bit Windows.
