Good question :) These files contain private xmlsec functions
and declarations that are subject to change at any time thus
your application should not rely on these files.
I should actually move these files away from public distribution
to make it more clear (https://github.com/lsh123/xmlsec/issues/272).

Dear community,
We would like to use XML Security Library for one of our developments
projects but we have found in following sentence in one of the licences
- DON'T USE IT IN YOUR APPLICATION:
Do Not Use - Private Xmlsec Header File
THIS IS A PRIVATE XMLSEC HEADER FILE
DON'T USE IT IN YOUR APPLICATION
Found in:
src/gnutls/x509utils.h
src/kw_aes_des.h
src/mscrypto/globals.h
src/mscrypto/private.h
We would very appreciate if you can provide us more information in which
case we cannot use XMLSEC HEADER FILE and what is the reason?
With best regards,
