Click on Watch/Unwatch button in the top right corner and select
Custom -> Releases (see attached screenshot).

Hmm, this is a bit abstract. :-) Am I supposed to go to
<https://github.com/lsh123/xmlsec> and press the Watch button?
If so, is there possibility to only watch discussions, not issues/pull
requests? Not a huge deal, but would be ideal to limit the amount of
notifications if possible.
