If I'm piecing
together an xml file using insert but the final result always includes default
options defined in the dtd. Is there a way not to have these included? I tried
expandProperties="false" but it failed to work. Obviously removing the dtd from
the xml files solves this but I would like to keep the dtd reference in the xml
file.
