Version 1.14 of xmltask is out now.
Version 1.14 provides if/unless switches on each instruction, allowing
fine-grained behaviour dependent on Ant properties. See http://www.oopsconsultancy.com/software/xmltask/ xmltask provides the facility for automatically editing XML files as part of an Ant build.
