think some of the other explicitly enabled warnings are also enabled
by -Wall and could also be removed then.
Hmm, seems that the -Wall flag got lost somewhere. It should definitely
be there (and has been).
When I added the extra warning options my intention was to just add ones
not included in -Wall (because I was sure it already was compiled with
-Wall)
