Hi all, I've recently started writing a GUI XMMS2 client in Haskell. Naturally that wouldn't be possible without Haskell bindings to libxmmsclient, so I had to write them too :]
Everything is still in early alpha stage, most of the code is a mess, the API is in flux etc., but the bindings already cover pretty large part of xmmsclient API and the prototype client is pretty usable. The code can be downloaded with Mercurial from 1. http://bitbucket.org/upwawet/xmms2hs/ (bindings); 2. http://bitbucket.org/upwawet/vision/ (client).
