Three fixes to avoid deadlocks, two of which caused by allocs during SIGIO
handling. Updating is recommended.

Peter Hutterer (4):
      Trigger read error handling if len is <= 0.
      Pre-allocate the reopen timer so we don't allocate during sigio handling.
      Print read errors as X_NONE to avoid mallocs in the server.
