Dropping national-specific models abnt2, jp106, kr106. The corresponding
geometries are left in the codebase, for some while

broke the '`' key on my keyboard, now it emits this strange
Hankaku/Zenkakau toggle instead of '`'.
Are we sure this change was meant to go into the 'evdev' keycodes
and not some locale specific one?
