Very good. I see the bug in the chips driver now. Memory is allocated with xf86MapPciMem() if the condition (cPtr->pEnt->location.type == BUS_PCI) is met. This code is only executed when running in dual- screen mode with a 69030 chip. This is easy enough to fix. But this is only one thing I have found wrong with PPC dual monitor configuration under the chips driver; there are more problems since it doesn't come up correctly with two screens.
