OpenBSD 4.7 (already finished, waiting for release in may) will ship
with a xcb-enabled libX11.
FreeBSD 7.3 and 8 are also shipping a xcb-enabled libX11.

Afaik, NetBSD is still shipping the --without-xcb version on all their
releases and in -current.
