Keith, right now we're discussing internally a different approach to use
invisible cursors. It will send a nil cursor to mi instead this fake invisible
one. This improves the performance for sw cursors given it doesn't send
unnecessary damage events to draw them.
This patch will pop up on the next days here probably by Oliver.
