One observation:  there is a known format that is preferred to submit
patches.  Please find one minimal example attached.  The main
characteristics are: e-mail formatted headers with description of the
patch's scope as the Subject and the developer's contact information
as the From line. Notice also that the file name uses the dot-patch
extension, to identify it as MIME type plaintext.
