Can people fill in the missing information?
I've cc'd the xcb list as well, since going forward, we really should have
adding xcb support as a best practice for new extensions, so hopefully someone
there can add a few words about that.
what about adding the doc in the xml description, and generated doxygen
doc with python, then processing it with doxygen to create the doc ?
