Yep. Interesting questions/answers I usually end up writing them down anyways. Back at XDS Edinburgh I also posted some of my notes on the X Wiki, which I suppose I can do again this year if requested. The rest of my notes from this year (and previous years) are to be available @ http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=search&q=XDS The video and/or audio links will also be there.

Michael,

It would be cool if you could record the talks. In many talks the Q&A at the
end, which can the most interesting part, was hard to hear. If a presenter
repeats the Q that is very helpfull.

Thank you,
Pat

I know this is probably a really silly question, but will all the
talks at XDS will be recorded and available for those not able to
attend?

I don't think it's that silly. Some of the talks, especially the
open-ended discussions that we got into, would have been fairly nice
to have saved for posterity. In my opinion, we should record them.

If no one else does any recordings or have any objections, I can easily do
so and host them. They'll be either audio or HD video recordings depending
upon what equipment I end up bringing.
