Actually Dodji is the creator of Xephyr DRI extension, he has promised to have a code review on my Xephyr DRI2 extension code patch. By following your link, I have submitted the request, the entry is https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30197 after browsing the Xephyr bug entry, I find that I have fixed "Bug 27196 - Xephyr 1.7.5 crashes when used with -host-cursor option".
