What would you like to see as an interface? 1. no interface - just build a known set by default 2. cmdline - specify the set of modules/applications to build on the cmdline, maybe expand the "-o" option to allow multiple instances (if it doesn't currently) 3. Kconfig/file - supply a file (perhaps with a fancy Kconfig front-end) on the cmdline which contains the modules to build In any case, given a way for the user to say: "build this set of modules" I think it would be nice if the auto-clone feature were available. If a user can define the set of modules to build, could they be auto-cloned by default? Obviously the build script would be smart enough to sort out the dependencies itself, irrespective of the order the modules are provided from the user. _______________________________________________ [email protected]: X.Org development Archives: http://lists.x.org/archives/xorg-devel Info: http://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg-devel
