1.9.1 plans

I haven't heard any planes crashing or massive electrical grid  
failures since 1.9.1rc1 last wek, and I haven't seen anything terribly  
urgent land on master or in the list, so my plan is to release this as  
1.9.1 next Friday.  If something comes up that should put that on  
hold, or a regression is discovered, please email me or add me to the  
CC in bugzilla, so I can track it and adjust the schedule.
