It's not breaking my build and I don't have the hardware. I really
just want glint to not use xf86FindXvOptions (in favor of more
standard arg parsing). It's the only driver that uses that. So far it
seems like VideoAdaptor can be removed from xorg.conf if that function
is gone. Nothing else seems to be using the xvadaptors part.
