Yeah, I know, since I did that a long time ago. The problem is that when
you do that, you end up relying on it, and forget to double check, so if you
missed one (I probably just did it for app/*, lib/*, driver/*, proto/*,
and forgot doc/*), then it slips through.
Would be nice if I could just put format.subjectprefix "PATCH ${reponame}"
in my ~/.gitconfig instead.
