At least with my distro/packager hat on, I'm not yet ready to break
all applications that have linked against libXp, though even we've
stopped shipping the Xprint server now in Solaris 11 (still in
Solaris 10 and older, but that's from the X11R6.6 tree and not
changing), so we still need printproto. (And of course, we're
fortunate to have not gotten libXp dependencies into our Motif,
unlike some other versions, who are even more stuck with it.)
