You can follow the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Multitouch/XDevelopment#Building%20Development%20Packages to build source packages from the git repos. I've update the documentation to include the sources from Daniel. There are two alternatives. I can upload source packages somewhere like people.canonical.com. Or, I can go further and build the binary packages. Let me know what you need.
