Yeah, I think you and I read the bug about the same time, and our responses
to it (yours in bugzilla, mine in emacs/git) crossed paths in the ether.

I'd forgotten it was installed in $libdir/xdm - while it's nice to be able
to track a running daemon to a man page, the "xdm" in the path should help
with that.   Since we don't take the $bindir/chooser path in the namespace,
it does make sense that we shouldn't claim chooser(1) in the corresponding
man page name space.

Consider this patch withdrawn.   Thanks for providing useful feedback.
