To do that I think we need to grant more people the power to mark other's
patches as accepted/rejected/superseded. I occasionally try to clean up
my own, so I can filter by my name to remind me what needs reviewing/pushing
as a check against my mail folders, but I'm not able to clean up anyone elses.
