We had it running on Jeremy's laptop in OS X at XDC, which was pretty
exciting. Resurrecting the IOADDRESS/bus cleanup work is part of the
fallout from that exercise.

Still not quite ready to declare the existing DDXes dead, but we're
getting closer. :-)

It didn't have any MIME headers when it left me, as far as I can tell.
So yeah, I blame Exchange too... :-)
