Oh yeah, duh ... just above it in the patch too... hrm...

Well the patch looks right in that it does what it says, but I can't comment on 
the correctness of the compose sequences.

If nobody yells and screams about the sequences being wrong or inconsistent 
with GTK/QT/Whatev in the next week or so, I'll push this.
