uhm, is there any clickpad with a physical right button? painted-on, yes.

Yes, I happen to own one :). The Dell Mini Inspiron 1011/1012 line of netbooks has a clickpad where there are two physical buttons. The top 80% of the touchpad surface is immobile. The bottom 20% is split into two buttons for left and right clicking.
