This new patchset adds some tests for the number format functions, fixes a crash
in those functions, rebases the logging changes on top of master, and removes
the unsafe timestamp printing when in signal context.

The backtrace has been left even though it may not be explicitly signal safe in
all systems. I believe it's important enough functionality to leave it until we
find a bad interaction.

The patch set may also be found at:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~cndougla/xserver/log/?h=signal-logging-v4

There is a UTF8 character in patch 04, so you may need to pull it instead of
applying the email patch directly.

Thanks!
