ProcRRGetScreenSizeRange uses REQUEST(xRRGetScreenSizeRangeReq) followed by REQUEST_SIZE_MATCH(xRRGetScreenSizeRangeReq). This happens to work out because both requests have the same size, so this is not a functional change, just a cosmetic one.
