After a quick chat with Dave on irc, this is the simplest patch to make
prime work in the short term. Being able to notify DRI2 clients that the
backing buffer has been replaced would be useful as it a current hindrance
in the drivers.

I would have personally renamed the functions to avoid adding the
superlative, nevertheless :-)
