Quite some time ago I had sent a pile of patches for
i18n issues in Xlib.
Some of those got reviewed and are ready to be pushed.
However there are others which did not yet receive any
Reviewed-by: or Signed-off-by: from anybody.
Therefore I'm sending these patches again. Please
complain if there are any objections to them, otherwise
I'd go ahead and push them.
