Do we need to bump the extension version too? It's not clear to me
whether Damage counts as part of the extension ABI.
If we define "extension ABI" to mean "any server ABI that an external
extension might be sensitive to", then yeah that makes sense. Which
sort of implies it should be bumped any time either input or video is
bumped, since modules can only declare one ABI number.
I don't personally care since we key off of the video ABI for everything
now, but it does seem better to be consistent.
