Thanks for incorporating all the suggested fencing in the present
protocol. I think the latest version looks good, and just had some
minor feedback:
-I just noticed the email you listed for me in the Acknowledgements was
incorrect. It should be jajones 'at' nvidia.com.
-Should there be a UST version of PresentNotifyMSC as well? I guess I'm
unclear what this request is for. Is it to implement things like
glXWaitVideoSyncSGI?
