Meh. This change was in favor of the majority, the other occupiers of that slot are all named fooResizeWindow. The DDX documentation says "The formerly dix function SlideAndSizeWindow has moved to ddx and is accessed via [pScreen->ResizeWindow]", which apparently happened between X11R5 and X11R6.0.
