This came somewhere towards ati 6.6.191 (it was fine in 6.6.3). Whenever the
consoles are switched with ctrl-alt-F7, the X server starts, or when coming
back from sleep, there is something like 10 seconds of black screen before the
normal screen comes back. I am using the patch from bug #5473 (otherwise it
would be black forever...), but I am not sure it is related, since the patch
was working fine before.
