Now that i can get the correct registers settings from the tdms via i2c. I've
been able to write a small program to reprogram it so i can also use DVI out
when i didn't boot with a screen connected.
Apart from setting up the TDMS i also have to set the FP2_GEN_CNTL register to
0x1240040c, which is the value OFW sets it to when booting with a DVI screen
attached. FWIW when not booting with a screen connected it's initialised by OFW
to 0x01000008.
