Hello I'm using ubungu gutsy, and the radeon driver version 6.7.192
I have an ati mobility 9700 agp4x 64MB, r300 card.
I've noticed that simple 3d apps are using lots of cpu. For instance after
launching glxgears, my cpu goes to 50%.
with fglrx I don't notice any cpu usage.
the problem exists also in the 6.6 branch of the driver
Which might be the problem?
