Untill at least 6.7.197 tv-out detection worked somewhat (see #12165 for more
info), when turning on load_detection for the s-video output
With current git s-video is always shown as disconnect, even though the
Xorg.log shows the composite connection is acutally detected:
(II) RADEON(0): Composite TV connection detected
This is on a PowerBook5,2 with an RV350
