after hibernation, launching an OpenGL programs gives the following error:
drmRadeonCmdBuffer: -22
I bisected it twice because it's my first bisect, and the result was:

RADEON: memmap rework 1
Don't restore memmap regs on every mode switch.
Just do memmap save/restore/setup on server start and VT switch.
