Updated drm, mesa and ddx drivers from git this morning. When launching
glxgears an error message around the following lines appears:
"r300 DRI driver expected DDX version 4-5.0.x but 6.9.0 found"
and I get no 3D acceleration.
I reverted afterwards xf86-video to before (way before, to be honest) the
version number change and it's fine.
