I can confirm that the code in the agd-powerplay branch shows changes of 3-5 degrees Celsius between each power state, and that compiz runs *much* slower at the lower states, so the code does what it says. If you need this support *now*, I keep a rebased and up-to-date version of this support in my repo. http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~csimpson/xf86-video-ati/log/?h=agd-powerplay - -- ~ Corbin Simpson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkiu8tgACgkQeCCY8PC5utCIogCfXnZlqK1MnnrJMw366aipLQ2a b/IAn0nEwwejrmmPot3i9TllvL9d6fGv =vu8R -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ xorg-driver-ati mailing list [email protected] http://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg-driver-ati
