ClockGating - Enables chips specific power saving features like clock gating that are handled by the hardware directly. This doesn't really do much on r6xx/r7xx boards yet. 2. DynamicPM - Automatically reduces the engine clock and pcie lanes when dpms has powered down the displays 3.
